Kailin's Castle

I did this cake in January '09 for another great friend's daughter, who turned 3! This is one of my favorite cakes to make!! I alternated layers of pink and white cake on the inside with a buttercream filling. The cake is 10 & 8" tiers iced in buttercream with royal icing & dragee accents and fondant flowers. I use the Wilton castle cake set, so fun!

Summer Dragonflies

August 23rd, 2008 Summer's baby shower cake.

























This is a cake I did for a good friend for her baby shower. I took the inspiration from the invitations. The cake was white with chocolate ganache filling, and covered in white fondant with fondant stars and royal icing dragonflies.
